Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.
Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized products, digital downloads, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us before returning the product.
